Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and compliance for LX1B Motors.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.
• Assist in setting up HR operations for UAE expansion and international hiring.
• Ensure smooth functioning of employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit).
• Organize employee engagement programs and maintain a strong work culture.
• Support management in performance appraisals and internal training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and UAE employment policies.
• Coordinate with factory management and R&D teams for manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR management or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR compliance, and payroll basics.
• Familiar with UAE labour laws is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi; Arabic is a bonus).
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools.
• Confident, organized, and ready to work in a high-speed luxury automotive environment.
