An HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a professional manner.
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
