A leading company in the UAE seeks a skilled HR Support professional to manage recruitment processes and training. The role includes administrative support, policy development, and coordination of health insurance for subsidiaries, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, alongside five years of relevant experience in the field.
- Provide support to HR activities related to recruitment process & training and development. Provide administrative support in coordination with Group HR function and as directed by Group HR Manager . - Support in the recruitment process by placing advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, preparing offer letters. - Negotiate with recruitment agencies the terms & conditions of contracts & prepare joining reports for new employees. - Coordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees’ training needs. - Translate the training programs and modules for future arrangement - Assist in developing, maintaining and reviewing companies’ policies, rules and regulations. - Take charge of HR studies ( short and long term studies) for DI and its subsidiaries(data collection/analyses and coordinates with department heads on respective projects (such as Risk management, world environment day, Dubai international Driving center, the Grade system ,advantages/ disadvantages and solutions, annual tuition fees for schools at Dubai….) - Handle the translations of studies, proposals and correspondences. - Process and coordinate of Health Insurance corporate file for 3 Subsidiaries. - Perform any other duties as requested by Group HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field. - At least five (5) years’ experience is relevant field. OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English - Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with respect to HR software and tools
