Job description

Aesen Group is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Executive. In this role, you will be a key player in driving our HR initiatives and promoting a strong organizational culture. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. As a proactive HR professional, you will also contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees as well as exit process.
  3. Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processes and audits to ensure required documents are up to date.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive work environment.
  5. Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee feedback sessions.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Work closely with PRO to monitor and maintain up to date records of resident visa, visa application, etc.
  8. Coordinate training and update training documentation.
  9. Manage HR events and support HR initiatives / projects / tasks as assigned.
  10. Be the contact point for all HR enquiries and provide HR advice.
  11. Responsible for HR administration such as updating organisation chart, job descriptions, issuance of Company welcome notes, salary letters, NOC's etc.
  12. Situationally aware and prepared to step up during absence of seniors.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, UAE & KSA employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and applicant tracking systems.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  8. Applicants with relevant experience in offshore or shipping companies will be an added advantage.
