Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue & white collar .
• Coordinate with project/site teams to understand manpower demands.
• Source candidates through agencies, job fairs, internal referrals, and labor supply vendors.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on trade test results, site experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, and offer issuance in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate manpower records, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring logs.
• Support visa documentation, medical testing, EID processing, and mobilization in coordination with the PRO and Admin team.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction, and site deployment.
• Monitor attrition, ensure timely replacements, and assist with labor retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in blue & white collar recruitment, preferably in construction or contracting firms.
• Sound knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and onboarding compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with site and agency teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience in using HR/recruitment software is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
