Job Responsibilities
- Execute the Human Resources plan as directed by the Head of HR, ensuring effective communication of strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Ensure alignment with organizational priorities, promote diversity, inclusion, and quality among staff, and review strategy outcomes periodically to maintain relevance to changing needs.
- Support the development and implementation of systems and processes suitable for a fast-changing, talent-driven business environment.
- Process: Ensure all local processes and policies comply with legislation such as MOHRE, MOL, DHA, and DOH. Collaborate with team leads to support business objectives through a people-centric approach, providing advice on HR matters.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace conflicts to foster team effectiveness.
- Employee Lifecycle - Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding processes, including document collection, visa processing, and coordination with hiring managers. Conduct onboarding programs, maintain employee records, and handle offboarding procedures such as exit interviews and clearance.
- Employee Engagement: Build relationships to promote a positive work environment, develop engagement strategies, communicate effectively, gather feedback, and organize engagement activities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide payroll data, ensure benefits are competitive and compliant with standards, and coordinate with the People & Culture Director.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with 1-2 years in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and UAE/KSA labor laws.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
