To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with proven experience in an HR role—preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with employees across all levels of the organization. Familiarity with HR software, UAE labor regulations, and modern HR practices will further enhance your ability to perform efficiently in this position.
