SmartStay is a holiday homes company that offers luxury furnished apartments in prime locations like Downtown Dubai. At SmartStay, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and reliability to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team.

The Role: HR Executive

As the HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting various HR initiatives. This role is vital in maintaining smooth HR workflows and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  2. Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  3. Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and welfare initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation.
  4. Support employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  5. Prepare HR reports on recruitment, turnover, and compliance to guide management decisions.
  6. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards, fostering a fair and safe workplace.
  7. Assist with various HR projects and tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the HR department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the UAE hospitality sector.
  3. Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
