Position Title: HR Executive

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A leading force in diesel distribution and oil trading across the UAE.

Job Description:

1. Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruiting channels.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
3. Oversee the management of current staff, including handling employment contracts, renewals, onboarding processes, and addressing various HR matters, including those related to blue-collar employees.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1. Female, 35 years old and below.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the UAE. Experience in diesel trading is ideal.
3. Proficient in using LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
