Profile
Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles (Head of HR / CHRO level).Experience working with top tier organisations in the private and public sector, specially within Abu Dhabi.Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR.Strong background in compensation, benefits, and policy development.Visionary and practical approach; self-starter with high initiative.Experience in implementing AI and digital transformation in HR.
