Job description

Our client is a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, committed to excellence and innovation. As part of their ongoing growth and expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director (UAE National) to join their team.

As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR and administrative functions forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • Oversee all administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
