Role Overview :

REEF Luxury Developments is seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our People & Culture function as we continue our ambitious growth across the UAE. This is a senior leadership role that will oversee the full HR spectrum — from strategy and structure to compliance and culture — and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will bring 12–15 years of HR experience , including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership position within the real estate, construction, or property development sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, values, and growth plans
  • Lead the development of workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design
  • Partner closely with C-level leadership on transformation and business planning

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee recruitment strategies across business units to attract top talent
  • Champion diversity, UAE N. hiring, and high-volume recruitment initiatives
  • Drive EVP, onboarding experience, and early talent development

Performance & Organizational Development

  • Lead performance management processes, KPIs, and capability-building frameworks
  • Implement learning, succession planning, and high-potential programmes
  • Strengthen internal mobility, mentorship, and upskilling pathways

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise employee relations, HR systems, policy management, and labor law compliance
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting, payroll alignment, and audit readiness
  • Continuously improve employee lifecycle processes and systems (HRIS, onboarding, offboarding)

Culture & Engagement

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, inclusion, and transparency
  • Lead engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a key ambassador of company values and employee wellbeing
  • Benchmark compensation frameworks, incentive schemes, and bonus structures
  • Review and advise on total rewards, healthcare, and retention plans

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s / CIPD Level 7 preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Director or Head of HR role
  • UAE real estate or construction sector experience is highly preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR policy development, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership presence at the executive level
  • Proven track record in managing large teams, high-growth organizations, and complex restructures
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
