HR Director

What the job involves

As the HR Director, you will work as part of a small but high performing HR team. Your role will be varied, focusing on a wide range of generalist HR tasks. Due to the international scope of the business, you will provide support to colleagues globally, working closely with all levels of stakeholders. As this is a new role for the organization, there will be plenty of autonomy available within the position and the opportunity to really grow and scope it as you see fit.

• Strategic and operational HR support across the firm's international offices
• Support the business on ER, performance management and talent development
• Driving people initiatives that promote engagement, learning and growth
• Work closely with the HR function specialists including talent management and talent acquisition
• Lead on HR strategies and people-focused projects across the organization
• Management of compensation, benefits and reward programs
• Management of HR metrics and data analysis

• Experience working within a top-tier private equity or venture capital firm
• Proven experience across a wide generalist HR remit
• Confident user of technology AI, systems and automation
• Previous exposure to Abu Dhabi would be advantageous
• Comfortable working within a small team across a very broad role
• Strong project and remuneration management experience
