Role:
Our client is currently looking to hire a HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic team based in Dubai. He/she will serve as one of the go-to person in the HR function, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every member of the team.
Recruitment & Onboarding for all MEA countries:
- Meet the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs alongside with the HR Manager for all Businesses
- Coordinate job postings (smartrecruiters) for all Businesses
- Communicate and coordinate with recruitment agencies for all Businesses
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings for all Businesses
- Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team and shortlisted candidates for all Businesses
- Coordinate reference and background checks for all Businesses
- Put together an employment offer alongside with the respective HR Manager for all Businesses
- Prepare contracts and check with the HR Manager for accuracy
- Work with relevant immigration consultant for visas for non-nationals for all Businesses
- Coordinate the registration in the local pension for locals for all Businesses
- Manage the employee onboarding process end-to-end alongside with the respective HR Manager for all Businesses
- Keep Track of the ongoing recruitment and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
- Work alongside with the HR Managers to continuously improve the onboarding process
Offboarding for all MEA countries:
- Create separation forms for employees for all Businesses
- Terminate employees from HR connect for all Businesses
- Ensure Exit checklist is finalized before departure for all Businesses
- Coordinate & follow up with Payroll Team on final settlement for all Businesses
Payroll Management:
- Support the HR Managers for Payroll Management for all countries of MEA
Reporting & Data Management:
- Medical Insurance renewal (Census, Dependents data collection)
- Medical Insurance additions and deletions for new hires, exits and dependents changes
- Workman Compensation renewal
- Support reporting of HR metrics and Dashboards
- Ensuring data integrity in all HR systems
- Support Social reporting and payroll & financial audits as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 5-6 years in an HR and Data Analytics or similar role, with a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes until onboarding.
- Excellent knowledge of HR administration best practices and local UAE labor laws.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills you can connect with people at all levels.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
