About your role

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business across all aspects of human resources and recruitment. We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role offers you a comprehensive view of HR operations, covering recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing support to employees throughout their employment life cycle.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other technical tools to maintain employee records, generate reports, and support data-driven HR decisions.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to existing HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.

Skills

What you need to excel in the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR functions, experience in the food service industry is a plus
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS, Google workspace, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
