Job description

Job Purpose

To provide support across diverse human resources functions and projects within Emiratisation Function. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end support for Emirati talent acquisition. Provide operational and administrative coordination support in executing Emiratisation recruitment activities. This includes facilitating interviews, onboarding, documentation, and talent engagement initiatives to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience for Emirati Talent.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support national recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, assessments, and open days
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate dashboards, trackers, and reports for UAEN.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, feedback records, and offer documentation.
  • Prepare welcome kits, induction materials, and development documentation
  • Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events ensuring smooth logistics and candidate engagement for successful talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Ensure continuous communication between Emirati new joiners, HR, and departments to support smooth integration.

Education Qualification:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • · 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles

Skills:

  • · Strong administrative, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • · Microsoft Office Expertise.
  • · Strong verbal and written English.
