Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling.
  2. Handle new hire onboarding and orientation.
  3. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  4. Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  5. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  6. Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.
  7. Handle HR-related inquiries and provide employee support.
  8. Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
