Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator will support the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be bilingual (Arabic and English) and preferably have experience working in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process: posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with regulations.
  4. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  5. Assist with the administration of staff evaluations and professional development programs.
  6. Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, labor contracts, and other official documentation.
  7. Ensure HR practices align with school policies and UAE labor law.
  8. Support the HR Manager with daily operations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an HR role; experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
  3. Bilingual (Arabic and English) fluency in both languages is a must.
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  5. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  6. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
