Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to analyze trends and make informed recommendations to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is an advantage in diverse workplaces.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and create presentations effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization and facilitate teamwork.
