We are seeking a passionate and skilled HR Coordinator to join our fun team!
Purpose of the Role
The role is focused on supporting the business by providing a full range of administrative tasks, employee engagement, learning and development support to all business functions, being responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all people-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as a point of contact for new hires and current employees for any queries.
Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems.
Administer the recruitment process using the proprietary HRMS.
Follows up with new hires to ensure documentation is received for a smooth onboarding process.
Participates in the relocation of all overseas hires.
Coordinates reports for attendance with stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Updating DIFC Portal for Visa Applications and Medicals.
Medical Insurance enrolments.
OHC tracking and updates.
Prepare a variety of NOC certificates for employees.
Ensures that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately to stakeholders.
Administers the process for contract renewals, resignations, terminations, and probation completions.
Support the L&D along with the stakeholders, ensuring they are successfully completed, in a timely manner, to the required standard.
Help standardize procedures across the company.
Adhere to all company rules and regulations and procedures, actively complying with all reasonable requests or communications from the Company.
Have a positive and supportive approach to communication with all stakeholders.
Support team colleagues with specialized projects and learning projects.
Develop and share best practice with the L&D team.
Coordinate the training calendar.
Provide administrative support in respect of L&D activities.
Support in the organization of team welfare activities and events and HR campaigns.
In addition to these responsibilities, you are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
