Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the HR department in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, and contributing to the effective delivery of HR services across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee records both in electronic filing and HR system (ConnectHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle routine HR enquiries from employees such as document requests and leave balance.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates and related forms.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and support audits by organizing documentation and providing required records.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator/Administrator with 2‑3 years UAE experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and proficiency in all MS Office applications, including SharePoint, is essential.
  • Knowledge of UAE and Freezone labour laws, HR policies and procedures, and visa processing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain and handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Preference will be given to those available immediately and with Hospitality experience.
