HR Coordinator Location: UAE (Residential)
Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable
Induction: A few weeks in Paris before mobilisation

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to support the HR function of a large-scale construction package within a major international energy development project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, multinational operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for project stakeholders and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HSE policies
  • Monitor personnel data, HR metrics, and reporting
  • Manage visa coordination with TAS agents and company representatives
  • Support workforce planning and address HR-related challenges
Profile Sought:
  • 6 years in HR, including 3 years in project-based or international roles
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, recruitment, and training
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and reporting
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
