Job Description
- Support the HR unit in delivering HR initiatives.
- Create IRCs on PULSE system and handling direct hire and daily hire employee requests (including issuing employee numbers, adjustments, terminations, transfers, etc.)
- Conduct employee induction program, assign new employee PULSE account, ensure new employees receive needed items, and follow up on employee probation evaluations with department managers.
- Coordinate with IT department to issue ID card for new employees and inserting new employees in the attendance system.
- Coordinate with Napco Learning Institute to review training and related evaluations.
- Provide admissions information to prospective, newly admitted, employees. Provides advice and information concerning admissions and record issues.
- Support HROD department in drafting letters, including warnings, announcements, termination, etc.
- Ensure any errors in PULSE system are resolved by creating tickets and coordinating with the needed.
- Process employee leaves.
- Provide support to employee relations unit, including assisting in resolving employee relations issues.
- Implement and follow up motivational and well-being programs.
- Conduct a probation evaluation to all newcomers on the 6th week and on the 11th week after recruitment in order to assess newcomers.
- Create new employees and update current employees profiles on the HR system and upon employment or status change.
- Deactivate resigning employees profile on the HR System upon termination.
- Coordinate on the job training for transfers and newcomers.
- Receive and coordinate resignation/termination request including EOS calculation, exit interview and termination and retention discussions.
- Facilitate the service of the integration team (including issuing and delivering letters, IQAMA renewal, etc.
