A leading company in the Middle East is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a team of over 200 employees. This role involves managing employee relations, overseeing talent management, and coordinating recruitment efforts, particularly with an emphasis on Emiratization hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR along with proven skills in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Arabic speaking essential.

Job description

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Management). CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent. Fluent Arabic speaking essential.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior HR advisor/business partner role supporting a team of 200+ employees. Proven experience in employee relations, HR projects, talent management, and recruitment. Experience with Emiratization hiring preferred.

Skills: Strong relationship-building, stakeholder influencing, data analysis, and HR best practices knowledge. Ability to travel within MEA & UK as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support business leaders with HR processes, projects, and initiatives.
  2. Manage employee relations issues and provide effective resolutions.
  3. Oversee onboarding, assimilation, and employee engagement programs.
  4. Provide coaching to managers on HR matters.
  5. Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans.
  6. Assist in succession planning and talent management.
  7. Coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with budgets and policies.
  8. Handle administrative duties and ensure accurate HR data reporting.
  9. Oversee visa processes for new hires and dependents.
  10. Update employee handbook in line with policies and laws.
  11. Deliver HR trainings, including induction and leadership development.
  12. Maintain knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
