Job description
  • The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the organization’s leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR practices. The HRBP is responsible for fostering positive employee relations, driving talent acquisition strategies, enhancing workforce productivity, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role plays a key part in influencing and implementing HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance retention.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations and providing solutions.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for six major divisions, from CV sourcing to finalizing hires and documentation.
  • Support managers with performance evaluations, feedback, and semi-annual performance reviews.
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning.
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, acting as a change agent to drive organizational development.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Manage annual medical insurance renewals, including obtaining quotations, preparing comparisons, and presenting options for approval.
  • Handle medical insurance-related processes for new joiners and leavers.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding medical benefits and coverage.
  • Oversee workmen compensation renewals and related processes for the group.
  • Deliver induction programs and support training initiatives in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
  • Address labor complaints in consultation with the legal advisor, ensuring decisions align with UAE Labour Law.
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant processes across all divisions of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar HRBP role.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
