HR Business Partner

What You’ll Deliver

  • Manage and implement HR programs such as performance management, recruitment, and training for assigned units, aligning with business needs and overall HR strategy.
  • Provide direct support to both the account department and HR Recruitment team during recruitment, selection, training, and development plans/programs.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly analysis reports on the account departments' productivity and staff costs for the department's executive management team and HR.
  • Provide on-the-job counselling and coaching to mid-management, line managers, and staff in performance management concepts and the specific DA performance management process.
  • Assist in developing manpower plans as per the updated structure.

What You Bring

  • Educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and 5–7 years of overall experience.
  • Professional knowledge of organization development, talent management, JDs, manpower planning, and job evaluations.
  • Knowledge of employment law and general employment practices.
  • Good reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
