What You'll Do:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  2. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  3. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  4. Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  5. Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey.
  7. HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  9. HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  8. SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.
