Job Description
- Drive the execution of HR programs such as recruitment, performance reviews, employee engagement, and learning & development within the assigned business units.
- Develop and implement strategies to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR support in areas such as restructuring, talent assessments, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, proactively managing risk and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and services across the business units.
- Provide feedback to the Head of HR Operations on business needs and potential improvements in HR service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to HR support staff.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess and identify HR needs and develop actionable solutions.
- Lead HR initiatives that directly contribute to the strategic objectives of the business.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and provide constructive feedback to managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs within the business unit and make adjustments where necessary.
- Support and manage the implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and objectives.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Ensure HR initiatives are consistent with company values and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver cross-functional projects and improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large or complex organization.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
