Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR support in areas such as restructuring, talent assessments, and workforce planning.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and career development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, proactively managing risk and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and services across the business units.

Provide mentorship and coaching to HR support staff.
Collaborate with business leaders to assess and identify HR needs and develop actionable solutions.
Lead HR initiatives that directly contribute to the strategic objectives of the business.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs within the business unit and make adjustments where necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a large or complex organization.
Proven experience working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
