An established industry player in commercial aviation is seeking an HR Business Partner to enhance their HR strategy and practices. Our client, a commercial aviation business located within the UAE is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to join their team.
To develop and deliver HR, people strategy and act as an interface between HR and other business units, you will drive and implement the people strategy in order to deliver a world class HR service. Exerting a dynamic influence over key line stakeholders and driving teams to promote best HR practice. Within this role you will ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices as well as provide advice and guidance to line Managers and HR generalists. You will work in partnership with the HR centers of excellence ensuring coordination in project, policy development and promote organisational development which addresses succession planning, workforce engagement and development as well as change management and performance culture.
This role will operate within a pressurised environment and may require you to work out of ordinary office hours. You may also be required to travel across the network to support various HR and corporate initiatives.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years experience within a line facing, HR generalist position with a strong background in performance management, change management and team leadership at a management level. You should hold a degree from a recognised University or equivalent professional qualification and a Diploma in Personnel Management, CIPD, aviation or a related HR qualification would be highly desirable.
Preference will be given to UAE Nationals however our client will also consider Western educated candidates.
