Responsibilities will include –

• Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Talent Management : Lead talent review processes and support leadership development initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations : Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
• Performance Management : Guide managers through performance review processes and provide coaching on performance improvement

You must have regional experience within a large multinational organisation and have worked as part of a matrix organisation.
