Our client is a market-leader in financial services with a significant brand presence in the Middle East.
They are now looking to hire a commercially-minded HR Business Partner with strong client-facing experience who is looking to gain some international exposure and develop their career. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR professional to gain international experience in the ME region.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, with a Middle East client group, your responsibilities will typically cover a broad spectrum of HR activities and include pro-actively advising, coaching and influencing senior stakeholders on policy, talent management, and people strategies. Acting as a true business partner you will be responsible for driving challenging change management projects, delivering complex business strategies, and owning multiple initiatives.
Successful candidates must be degree-educated and have recently worked in financial services. You will be able to demonstrate working on an operational and strategic level and will have ideally led HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
