Aman Taxi is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant - Recruitment to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized recruitment workflow, ensuring timely communication with candidates, and supporting the onboarding processes for new hires. In addition to recruitment tasks, the HR Assistant may also support various HR initiatives and programs that contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain an organized database of applicants and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including documentation and orientation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
