Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all business units.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions tailored to business requirements.
Ensure diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final evaluations.
Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation.
Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future business needs.
Enhance employer branding initiatives by engaging with universities, career fairs, and social media recruitment campaigns.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
Prior experience in the automotive, service, or leasing industry is an advantage
