The team comprises project managers, analysts, and immigration experts who act as strategic partners to Amazon business leaders. The team manages immigration filings, vendors, and projects to improve service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Position Overview: UAE Immigration Associate

Based in Dubai, the UAE Immigration Associate supports the UAE immigration team by coordinating and executing immigration services. The team handles a high volume of cases, managing immigration requirements for sponsored employees and their families across various jurisdictions, including mainland and freezone entities. Responsibilities include managing applications with employees, candidates, stakeholders, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Filing and executing immigration cases, coordinating between Immigration Specialists and PROs.
  2. Typing and managing a high caseload of applications, including new, renewal, cancellation, and amendments of work permits and residency visas.
  3. Planning and tracking all tasks related to each immigration case.
  4. Participating in weekly case review meetings to monitor progress against standards and metrics.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date case trackers and employee databases.
  6. Coordinating document collection and preparing application materials for review and signature.
  7. Supporting Immigration Specialists with queries and requests.
  8. Coordinating with colleagues for application submissions and liaising with government officials.
  9. Staying informed about UAE immigration regulations and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications
