Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration.
2. Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
3. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
4. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies.
5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
6. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Key Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
