  • Draft and send internal HRcommunications such as birthday greetings, welcome announcements, andgeneral staff notices.
  • Maintain and update employeerecords, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in onboarding newemployees, including documentation, welcome emails, and orientationscheduling.
  • Support in tracking employeeattendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  • Help coordinate employeeengagement activities and internal HR events.
  • Perform other related dutiesand support the HR team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or arelevant educational background.
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask andmanage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
