Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing documentation related to payroll and benefits, and responding promptly to employee queries. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and your excellent organizational skills will be critical to helping the HR team deliver effective services to both management and staff. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Prior experience in HR support or administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or consultancy setting.
•Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures, along with knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR management software or databases is advantageous.
