About The Job HR Assistant

HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources. The role offers exposure to a wide range of HR administrative tasks and internal communications. Training and development will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and send internal HR communications such as birthday greetings, welcome announcements, and general staff notices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, welcome emails, and orientation scheduling.
  • Support in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
  • Perform other related duties and support the HR team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or a relevant educational background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
