Job description
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and attendance records.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote positive workplace relations.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
