Job Summary:

The HR Assistant plays a key support role in the HR department, handling full-cycle recruitment, HRIS management, and administrative coordination. This role ensures seamless hiring, system optimization, and legal compliance while supporting payroll, attendance, and leave functions. The HR Assistant also manages visa processes, insurance renewals, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth HR operations and avoid costly errors or delays.
Job Description:
  • Handles end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file to mid-level roles – from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Supports the HR Manager in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Manages the HRIS – full system operations, customization to fit HR requirements, and coordination with external vendors when needed.
  • Owns documentation for visas, licenses, and company legal records.
  • Oversees visa processes with hands-on coordination, ensuring 100% compliance and zero fines.
  • Reconciles invoices, follows up on pending payments with the Accounting Team, and ensures all PRO deliverables are met on time.
  • Manages insurance processes – including applications, deletions, and annual renewals.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or anything relevant.
