KILONEWTONS is seeking a proactive HR ASSISTANT to support our growing HR department in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling, onboarding)

Process monthly payroll and maintain employee records

Administer employee benefits, visas, and insurance

Assist with performance management and employee relations

Maintain HRIS (Bayzat, Oracle HCM, or similar)

Coordinate training and development programs

Prepare HR reports and analytics

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Handle employee queries and HR documentation

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years HR experience in UAE (any industry)

Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes

Experience with HRIS and payroll software

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
