Job description
Mandatory 6 months to 1 year experience in employee relations.
Language Proficiency: Arabic / English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining positive employee relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Handling employee records.
- Facilitating training.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee disputes and conflicts.
- Developing and enforcing company policies.
- Addressing and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Supporting and advising managers on difficult people issues.
