Job Description

The HR and Recruitment Manager is a pivotal role within any organization, responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals to ensure effective talent acquisition and employee management strategies. This role is crucial for aligning HR functions with the business objectives, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in the industry. The manager plays a key role in establishing efficient recruiting processes, implementing employee policies, handling employee relations, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. A strategic thinker, the HR and Recruitment Manager works closely with department heads to understand their manpower needs and works proactively to meet these demands with well-suited human resources. Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the entire recruitment process by developing and implementing effective hiring strategies.
  2. Work closely with department managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
  3. Develop and manage an efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  4. Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  5. Create and enforce policies related to employee management and workplace conduct.
