Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR and Payroll Officer to handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple group entities. The ideal candidate will support employee life cycle activities, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.).
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of WPS, UAE labor law, and HRMS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
