Job Title: HR and PRO Manager

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Description

  1. Human Resources (HR) Management
    1. Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and exit processes.
    2. Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.
    3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    4. Address employee grievances and manage workplace relations.
    5. Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
  2. PRO Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Process employee visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents.
    2. Liaise with government entities (e.g., labor department, immigration, municipality).
    3. Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and legal documents.
    4. Stay updated on new government regulations affecting the business.
    5. Handle company legal documentation and regulatory compliance.
  3. Car Management
    1. Oversee company vehicle allocation, usage, and maintenance schedules.
    2. Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and permits are up to date.
    3. Maintain vehicle logs and monitor fuel expenses.
    4. Coordinate repairs, servicing, and accident reporting.
    5. Implement cost-saving strategies for fleet management.
  4. Accommodation Management
    1. Manage employee housing allocations and ensure suitable living conditions.
    2. Coordinate lease agreements, rent payments, and utility services.
    3. Handle employee accommodation complaints and resolve issues.
    4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accommodation regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in HR, PRO, or administration roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  6. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Work Conditions:

  1. Full-time role, may require flexibility for urgent matters.
  2. Interaction with employees, government offices, and service providers.
  3. Some travel may be required for vehicle management and PRO duties.
