Job description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll ,Leave ,General insurance management and employee welfare.
• Partner with operations to ensure manpower planning aligns with delivery schedules and seasonal demand
• Coordinate with government authorities for visa processing, labor cards, and other legal requirements especially for blue-collar staff
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure full legal compliance across logistics and admin teams
• Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures for a diverse workforce
• Ensure smooth functioning of daily administrative operations including transport, accommodation, uniforms, and office/facility maintenance
• Liaise with third-party manpower agencies as required
• Maintain HR dashboards and reports related to employee turnover, attendance, leave, and contract renewals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry
• Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, UAE labor law, and blue-collar workforce management
• Experience working with multicultural teams across various functions
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
