Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
  2. End to end recruitment process
  3. Employee Joining and confirmation process
  4. Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  5. Assisting with inputs to payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. attendance, holiday and sick days taken
  6. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures
  7. Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.
  8. Attend meetings and takes meeting notes.
  9. Help with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  10. Provides front desk coverage
  11. Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  12. Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment
  13. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.
  14. Ensures travel authorizations, accommodations, and conference registrations for employees.
  15. Track and distributes monthly travel reports
  16. Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors
  17. Receive and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills
  18. Drafts reports and correspondence
  19. Performs other related duties as assigned
