Our client, a prominent automotive company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tagalog speaker HR & Admin Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in HR operations and office administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This is an urgent hiring need for immediate placement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Human Resources Support - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. - Manage employee records and maintain accurate documentation. - Process employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition. - Track and manage employee leave and attendance records. - Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data submission for payroll calculations. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with performance appraisals. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. - Address employee queries and escalate complex issues to the HR-Manager. 2. Administrative Support - Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management. - Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with external service providers. - Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, events, and other logistical requirements. - Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required. - Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication on administrative matters. - Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive HR and business information.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in an HR & Administrative support role - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
