Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and a working knowledge of financial processes, payroll, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance systems
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations and support workplace compliance
  • Ensure HR policies are followed and assist in policy updates

Accounting Duties:

  • Manage payroll processing in collaboration with finance/payroll software
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR with working knowledge of accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with labor laws, payroll processing, and HR software
