The HR Analyst – Talent Management & Talent Acquisition aims to support the organisation talent strategy. This role will focus on implementing fair and transparent performance evaluations, maintain a structured skills matrix, and drive efficient talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
Job Requirements
Review and maintain Job Profiles for all positions, ensuring employees endorse their profiles and upload them in DOTS.
Assist in administering the performance appraisal system, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
Ensure every employee has customized and measurable KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.
Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees needing additional support.
Assist in succession planning by tracking critical roles and assessing internal talent pipelines.
Skills Matrix Development & Management
Update and maintain a Skills Matrix to assess employee competencies and identify skill gaps based on required vs. current levels.
Work with managers to ensure skills assessments are regularly updated and aligned with business needs.
Provide insights for the training and development calendar based on skill gap analysis.
Support career progression planning by aligning employee skills with internal growth opportunities.
Talent Acquisition
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
Ensure recruitment aligns with workforce planning and business needs.
Conduct competency-based interviews and assist in candidate assessments.
Manage and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as instructed by HOD.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in talent management and talent acquisition.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Broad HR knowledge in key areas such as talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Demonstrable constructive, agile, and commercial approach to HR and ability to embed best practices within the business.
Evidence of strong HR project management skills.
Advanced/expert knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Fluency in English – written and verbal.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and time management.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and meet tight schedules.
Follow ethical behaviour and possess a calm and composed personality.
Proactive.
Adaptability and team commitment.
Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
